WORKING FOR LEG TURN CATCHES
STEP 1 - WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CATCH OUR ANKLE AND HOLD. START LEANING ON SOMETHING AND EVENTUALLY BALANCE BY YOURSELF
THIS KEEPS THE HIPS FROM TWISTING
YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOUR BACK IS AS TALL AS YOU CAN, AND PULL YOUR LEG AS CLOSE TO YOUR FACE WITH STRAIGHT KNEES
STEP 2 - WE MUST CATCH THE ANKLE
WE MUST HAVE STRAIGHT LEGS, AND THEN WE TRY TO RISE ONTO OUR TOE AND HOLD FOR AT LEAST 2 COUNTS... LONGER IS EVEN BETTER
