Forward Rolls
Start with forward rolls, make sure to not use hands to stand up
NEXT LEVEL: add a handstand make sure to tuck the chin to chest and lower softly

Bendback
Keep your arms by your ears, hands must go back before the head, look back for your fingers.

Handstand
 Kick up hold down, Handstand pop & hold for as long as you can

straight legs, pointed toes and wide splits - we should be able to go L  & R - 2 hands, 1 hands & to knee
